Correspondence to Morley Roberts, 1901-1938.

Letters of friendly exchange about personal and literary matters, written in 1901 and 1905, from France; and in 1938, from London. In 1905 Sherard is apparently responding to a letter from Morley Roberts upon the publication of Sherard's book Twenty years in Paris. He mentions a kind of feud with Arthur Symons, with regard to Symons's essay on Ernest Dowson. In the last letter Sherard responds to Roberts concerning Bernard Shaw, and comments briefly on relations between England and France.
